Circular: Updated Code of Conduct for Members

The Executive Committee has approved an updated Code of Conduct for all AATO members, effective from 1 August 2025.
Key updates include enhanced customer grievance redressal procedures, mandatory transparent pricing, and strengthened environmental compliance requirements.
All members must review the updated document and submit their acknowledgment via the member portal.
